For weight, we use plastic poly pellets made from food-grade polyethylene. These pellets are approximately 2-3mm in size, providing an even distribution of weight across the blanket. Another layer of cotton or cotton-poly blend lining is added for reinforcement, ensuring the pellets stay securely in place. The base layer consists of high-quality 100% cotton drill fabric (200-300gsm), offering added strength and durability.

Designed for those who need extra durability and support, our heavy-duty weighted blankets feature an outer layer made from 100% cotton drill fabric (200-300gsm). Similar to our printed blankets, the heavy-duty version includes an inner lining made from 100% cotton or a cotton-polyester blend (120-150gsm) for structure and comfort. The core of the blanket is filled with food-grade polyethylene plastic poly pellets, ensuring a safe and evenly distributed weight. Another inner lining layer (120-150gsm) reinforces the structure, followed by a second outer layer of durable 100% cotton drill fabric (200-300gsm) to complete the design.
