1. Placing a Special Order

2. Payment Terms

A 25% deposit is required to initiate your special order.
We will issue an invoice once we receive your order details.
Once payment is received, we will place the order with our supplier.

3. Production & Delivery Timeline

Production Time: Most special orders take approximately 10 weeks to produce, starting from the date your deposit is received.
Delivery Time: Please allow an additional 4 weeks for shipping, depending on your location.
Delays: Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors such as customs clearance or international shipping delays. We will always keep you informed.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Non-Refundable: Deposits are non-refundable once your order has been placed and you have made payment.
Cancellations: Once your order is placed, orders cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded.
