At Sensory Pod Australia, we aim to deliver your products quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below.​

Shipping will be calculated at checkout.

We do not deliver to Parcel Locker or PO Boxes.

We deliver Australia-wide and to New Zealand.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Custom or made-to-order products, including some sensory pods and weighted items, may require additional processing time. You will be notified if this applies.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (Australia-wide): Estimated delivery within 3–10 business days, depending on your location.

  • Express Shipping: Available at checkout for eligible items. Estimated delivery within 1–4 business days.

  • Bulky or Oversized Items (e.g., sensory pods): Shipping time and costs will vary depending on your location and delivery requirements. A team member will contact you after purchase to confirm delivery details.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Large or pallet deliveries may be arranged via a freight courier and include special delivery instructions.

4. International Shipping

5. Delivery Issues

  • Sensory Pod Australia is not responsible for package losses or thefts. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered to your address but you have not received it, please report the issue to the local authorities.

  • The customer is responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered is correct. 

🚚 Remote and Very Remote Areas in Australia

Free shipping is available only to local and metropolitan areas. For deliveries to remote or very remote locations—including but not limited to Darwin, Alice Springs, Broome, Mount Isa, Coober Pedy, Wilcannia, and King Island—please get in touch with us for a shipping quote before placing your order. Orders from these areas cannot be processed without a confirmed shipping cost.

Northern Territory

  • Very Remote Areas:

    • Arnhem Land: Includes communities such as Yirrkala, Nhulunbuy, Galiwin'ku, and Ramingining.

    • Central Australia: Towns like Alice Springs, Tennant Creek, and Katherine.

    • Remote Aboriginal Communities: Examples include Yuendumu, Maningrida, and Tiwi Islands.

Western Australia

  • Very Remote Areas:

    • Kimberley Region: Towns such as Broome, Kununurra, and Derby.

    • Pilbara Region: Includes Port Hedland, Karratha, and Newman.

    • Goldfields-Esperance Region: Towns like Kalgoorlie-Boulder and Leonora.

    • Remote Aboriginal Communities: Examples include Balgo, Bidyadanga, and Mulan.

Queensland

  • Very Remote Areas:

    • Cape York Peninsula: Communities such as Weipa, Lockhart River, and Aurukun.

    • Gulf Country: Includes Normanton, Burketown, and Karumba.

    • Western Queensland: Towns like Mount Isa, Longreach, and Birdsville.

South Australia
