We do not deliver to Parcel Locker or PO Boxes.
We deliver Australia-wide and to New Zealand.

Sensory Pod Australia is not responsible for package losses or thefts. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered to your address but you have not received it, please report the issue to the local authorities.

Free shipping is available only to local and metropolitan areas. For deliveries to remote or very remote locations—including but not limited to Darwin, Alice Springs, Broome, Mount Isa, Coober Pedy, Wilcannia, and King Island—please get in touch with us for a shipping quote before placing your order. Orders from these areas cannot be processed without a confirmed shipping cost.
