A learning activity focuses on the different developmental stages of a fish. The board contains real-life specimens encapsulated in clear acrylic blocks, allowing children to look closely into details. The life stages of most fishes, starting with eggs, fry, juvenile, and ending with adult fishes, can be seen and discussed with the added benefit of switches to lighten up each one in turn. Once lit up, the specimens reveal all their hidden secrets, and children will be drawn in to examine them in greater detail. As well as the visual brilliance of these boards, children will benefit from the rich words and language surrounding these beautiful timelines. Batteries NOT included.
